Great service; easy to deal with

As a guide my equipment is often in the hands of inexperienced anglers. It is abused and used harder and more frequently than the average recreational angler. This makes using quality gear even more important to stand up to the everyday uses of guiding. Eventually the wear and tear needs to be addressed and the real service from FFP is real service. I could either buy new reels or I could pay for reel services and get mine restored to new condition. It’s an easy decision.

Sent in 2 reels for service , Got.back brand new reels

I sent my reel in for servicing and it came back with basically all brand new parts. It was literally as good as brand new. I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Simple and easy. I was leaving for a Everglades fishing trip and called to see how long until it would be ready. I was informed they would service it that day if I really needed it. I have other reels and declined the offer but did appreciate the offer.
