    Great Service on Disassembled Reel

    Just want to give a hug shout out to the service team and share my experience. I had an issue with a reel that had been dunked in saltwater and I tried to disassemble the reel and fix it myself. But to my disappointment I was unable to put the reel back together. I sent FFP 2 zip lock bag full of parts and asked them to put it back together. Not only did they put it back together but they had it back to me in under 2 weeks. I’m super impressed with their level of service and glad to be back on the water with my Osprey CE!

    These guys make the best fishing reels, no questions asked. I put mine (8000 osprey) through hell and it still performs flawlessly. Sent in for a reel service and they put new parts on. Awesome company.

    I’ve had 3 reels serviced and the return on them has been super fast. They’re all as smooth as the day I bought them now and I couldn’t be happier. The spool on one of my bigger reels was a little beat up but still functioned fine and when my reel was returned the put a brand new spool on it and put the original in the box as well. It literally looks like a brand new reel now. The guys at the shop are super helpful and I can’t wait to get another reel.
