FLORIDA FISHING PRODUCTS WARRANTY INFORMATION

At Florida Fishing Products we are dedicated to designing high-quality fishing products. Each product goes through quality inspections and we expect our products to last in severe conditions, but we understand that sometimes things happen.

If your product is damaged in shipping (when ordered directly from Florida Fishing Products) it must be returned in original packaging with a prepaid shipping provided by Florida Fishing Products. In addition, the RMA# (return authorization number) must be included with the shipment.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The Osprey Spinning Reel series is warranted under our 1 Year Limited Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original owner of the product. Normal wear & tear or saltwater damage is not covered under this warranty.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Florida Fishing Products reserves the right to change the design or their products without having to update the earlier edition of the product purchased. Products that are replaced or fixed under the warranty may or may not have updated changed to the product.

Damaged products must be returned to Florida Fishing Products in the original packaging with a prepaid shipping label provided to you by Florida Fishing Products. A sales receipt or RMA# must be included when returning damaged goods.

HOW TO SET-UP A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

In order to request a refund or exchange please fill out the form below. In order to have a refund or exchange your product must have never been used. Our team will review the form and then send you a RMA#.

Once we receive your product please allow us 7-14 days for us to process your exchange or refund.

After we receive your Warranty form we will review it and a Florida Fishing Products representative will contact you to discuss further actions.
