Actually, I had three career ideas. I wanted to host a fishing show, be a pro tournament angler, or a fishing guide. I have been very blessed to be able to do all three!
The versatility. PCB is the only place I have ever fished where I have caught tarpon, sailfish, and redfish in the same place! Not sure what you call that slam but its a pretty unique one for sure.

Right along the beach here in PCB, that's where the super mega slam comes from.
DO YOU BELIEVE BANANAS ON A BOAT ARE BAD LUCK?
It's a fact. I've seen it too many times. Boats break down with bananas on board. We limped home on one engine from an offshore trip 15 years ago. When the captain and myself were cleaning up the salon at the marina we uncovered a grocery bag full of bananas. I can't believe i just typed that nasty word twice. I'm getting towed in tomorrow...
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST MEMORABLE FISH CAUGHT SO FAR ON A REEL FROM FFP?
I caught the largest mangrove snapper I have ever seen on a 5000 Osprey with 20 lb. braid while filming an episode of Chasin' the Sun. Only problem was, our camera lady that was filming the action was changing lenses and missed it!
