First time customer using reel service. Excellent service and repair, quick turnaround, and free shipping. What else could you ask for? I will definitely do this again for regular tune-ups and will be making another reel purchase based on this experience and service quality.
Simple and easy. I was leaving for a Everglades fishing trip and called to see how long until it would be ready. I was informed they would service it that day if I really needed it. I have other reels and declined the offer but did appreciate the offer.
My 7 year old osprey was reeling rough. Replaced part needed oiled it all up and came back a good s new. Ready for more nature coast redfish.

FFP has some of the best customer service I’ve seen, at least in my eyes. I called to get some information about parts for my reel. Come to find out, they had moved their location to Cape Coral Florida where I live. They said stop by and they will help me out. I stopped by and not only did they fix my reel, they fixed another issue I wasn’t even aware of. I also dropped another reel off to get repaired as well. I asked when it should be done and they replied with an approx time frame. I went down to the Glades for 5 days of camping and fishing, expecting to go pick up my reel once I had got back. There it was at my house, they shipped it to me, along with a cool little reel protector! Awesome customer service and awesome attitudes! Thanks guys, it’s really nice to see someone that still offers customer service! I recommend them to everyone

Reel wasn't trashed, but needed some attention, I thought. FFP sent back their assessment along with a NEW reel! Apparently my original reel was worse than I thought. Great customer service & good turn around time. Can't wait till my next fishing trip, thank you FFP!
Worked great out of the box for a solid week and a half but then it started to feel rough, clicking/grinding noise when retrieving, casting doesn’t feel as smooth. Have to send it to get serviced already within 3 weeks of purchasing it. Bummer.
I sent back some very heavily fished reels that came back good as new with new bearings, gears, handles, even bodies and spools on some of them. What a deal! The price included shipping to and from FFP as well. I highly recommend!
