    I sent my reel in for service and it came back like new ! Soon after the drag wheel fell in the water while fishing - I contacted support and they sent me a new one for free right away!

    So worth it

    I'm really not sure how I shipped my reel to Florida, had it serviced, then shipped back to me in what seemed like 1 week. So yea, the turn around time is super quick. Oh, and the actual reel service? It's like getting a brand new reel. It's that good. As you can tell, I'm beyond satisfied.

    I sent my reel in for a service, and as well to correct an issue with the line getting caught under the spool. The reel came back quickly and I have not had an issue with the line getting caught under the spool since then! The only thing is, I would like to hear back from the team as to what they did to correct the issue.
