Sent back an Osprey reel that had sand causing some rough movements. They completely cleaned, oiled, and rebuilt back to new. Turnaround time was very fast as well, and I like the handwritten report upon return. I typically service my own reels, but this service is so awesome I see no reason to DIY my FFP reels, and this makes me want to buy more FFP reels! Highly recommended!

Sent my reel in for service, and it was a great experience. They were quick, and communicated extremely well (both on the front end in terms of timing and what to expect, and on the backend regarding what they serviced and replaced). Highly recommend sending in your reel for preventitive service!

Service was a super easy process called the number I spoke to human being got my real turned around in a couple weeks. Just a great experience in general.

The guys at FFP are excellent. I have clients that are kinda rough on my gear and when I need parts these guys come thru. No waiting just quick turn arounds.
