Osprey CE Pro Ultralight Saltwater Spinning Reel

We have thoroughly enjoyed our new reels from FFP. Our guests have been putting them to the test these past few months and have all complimented and asked about these reels. They love the look and feel and especially the performance and durability while battling a nice size Snook or Red.

The 2500 seems to be flawless and is smoothe. However the 3k siz feels a lot less smoothe. Feels like there is resistance inside the body. I thought it would loosen up after fighting a few redfish but it hasn't improved. Also windknot issues with the 3k. But they are strong and lightweight

These reels are better than the ones that preceeded them. It is great to know that if you need the reel serviced just send it back. Great reels great service. This Tampa Bay Guides go to reels.

I have been using the osprey CE Pro 3 and 4ks almost exclusively on my charters for the last 2 months, they stand alone in smoothness compared to any inshore spinning reel I’ve ever held. The drag is smooth and trustworthy, I’ve been at ease weekly when clients hook a larger fish than expected. I cannot recommend this reel enough to those who take inshore fishing seriously

I use the Osprey CE 3000 for all my inshore fishing trips! It’s a very smooth and well built reel. Handles reds and trouts very well and I love the drag system. I will definitely be buying more! Excellent customer service as well!

I recently got a chance to use this amazing reel for the first time. Mine is the osprey ce pro 2500. Throwing topwaters and soft plastics for trout in the landcut, I caught and released 30 trout and missed others. The reel preformed flawlessly and was comfortable to cast all day with no fatigue. I highly recommend this product.

I have a few ffp reels but this by far is my go to. Super smooth and light weight and is exactly what I was looking for in a spinning reel. Highly recommend and will be purchasing another one soon.

With reels of this quality, at this price point, it made perfect sense to replace all my guide reels. Amazed at the performance and durability of these reels. Believe it or not, they feel better in the hand than my Stradic and are holding better in the salt as well! FFP knocked it out of the park once again!
