Bahia Baitcaster
If you’re hesitant about putting a baitcaster in salt water, the Bahia 150 will change your mind. I've been running these on my charter boat for clients targeting redfish and trout, and they are phenomenal. The AlumLite body keeps the setup incredibly light so you can cast all day without fatigue, and the Pro Grips give you excellent control during a fight. The retrieve is buttery smooth and the casting distance is top-tier. FFP made a serious saltwater baitcaster here—definitely worth every penny.
This is an outstanding product. Smooth casting, lightweight, durable and can launch a bait a mile or perfect for short, precise casting.
I order two Bahias dc and they both work amazing love how light weight they are and how smooth they are just received my 3rd can’t wait to test out y’all’s line
My first BC I ever purchased, was looking into them for a while and decided to give it a try. Once you learn how to dial in it, this reel while make your lure fly. I have caught plenty of redfish and speckled trout and hold up exceptionally well especially when the large reds start to pull drag. Only thing I don’t like is the drag doesn’t have a clicker but that’s preference I guess for the adrenaline rush!
THESE REELS STAND THE TEST OF TIME; WE HAVE A BATTLED WTH THEM IN SOME HARSH CONDTITIONS AND THEY CONTINUE TO PERFORM DAY AFTER DAY, SUPER SMOOTH CASTING AND SMOOTH DRAG SYTEM THE HOLD UP TO STICKING SLOT REDS IN THE MARSH AND FINESSING SPECKLED TROUT IN THE BAYS, AND WHEN THAT 25-30LB BULL RED TAKES A BITE YOU HAVE ENOUGH BACKBONE TO FIGHT THEM IN, HANDS DOWN A GREAT REEL AND ONE YOU NEED TO ADD TO YOUR ARSENAL!!
Great reel for inshore fishing
Im a huge fan of this baitcaster! Im a guide in north Florida and keep this just for my personal use. Here's a video of some topwater with it!

At 56 years old I have used bait casters since I was a kid bass fishing the lake of Orlando. Was unsure how the Bahia would handle the inshore fish of Islamorada. Like a BOSS it did paired up with my Bulls Bay rod. So pleased with this set up, quickly became my go to.
Great reel
