Osprey CE Pro Ultralight Saltwater Spinning Reel

I really like this reel it smooth and light this is my second FFP reel and I like the fact I can get it already spooled and ready to fish

The Osprey CE LIGHT has now become my personal go to inshore setup paired with a MED fast bull Bay sniper. I don't go out on the water without it and no one else uses it but me. Great setup!

Great lightweight reel with a nice smooth drag

I am a Florida native let me start with that. Miami born and raised. When I was a kid I grew up fishing fenwicks and penns. I moved to Colorado in 2010 for 12 years and moved back to the west coast of Florida. I heard about y’all on instagram so I followed the hype and man am I glad I did. I have switched my entire arsenal to you and Bullbay rods. By far the best combo I have ever had. I’m up to 9 rods and reels from you both. I ordered the new CE pro and wow I was back in Colorado visiting some friends and slammed at 22 inch rainbow on the 2500 for the first fish on that reel. Love you guys keep it up!!! I can feel the difference between the old Osprey and the new Pro. Buyer for life no matter where I live. I fish light tackle 4k is the biggest I go and most of the time it’s the 1k 2500 or the 3k I’m using. Power doesn’t match skill and your product let me fight the way I want to but if I need to stop them no matter the size I can!!!!

Having used FFP products since the beginning I felt once the CE came out there would be no better reel to come. Boy was I WRONG! The CE Pro exceeded my expectations last week with testing it out on
Monster Redfish, flounder, trout, black drum and even an accidental 5ft Alligator Gar. Drag is as smooth as it gets but stronger than 99% of reels on the market💯💯

Make sure you do yourself a favour and try one out you will not be disappointed and that’s a promise!

I have 3 FPP Osprey CE Ultralight reels. I just bought FPP Osprey CE Pro, it’s the best one yet. FPP customer service is best in the business. I like them barter then my Shimano Stradic FL and Daiwa Saltist.

I’ve had the Osprey CE reels on my charter boat over 2 years now with no issues. That’s 2 years of hard use 250+ days a year. I didn’t hesitate to get the CE Pro reels when they were released. I like the sound of the drag clicker, the new handle material, how light they are, and the faster retrieval speed. I can’t leave out the looks and how well sealed they are either. The frames seem to have less flex as well. I anticipate I will easily get the years of use I have had with the original CE and then some.

I love FPP Ospey CE Ultralights reels. FPP customer service is amazing I received the pro a few days after ordered it. My favorite reels, I like tham better then Shimano and Daiwa reels.

Can’t say anything I haven’t said in previous reviews. The reel meets and exceeds expectations. Just get it now, you’ll regret waiting
